WTB: plastic/cardboard cap in the boot floor plate

Hi. Does anybody of you have or knows where to buy the plastic / cardboard cap in the boot floor plate as pictured (see red circle)? I cannot find the part number, would be grateful if you can provide it to me too.

    Thanks
