    The Repa race harness.

A few members have asked if i intend to make The period 3 point Repa race harness. I have decided to make a few sets. These are the type as fitted to all Porsche competition cars. ST, RS, RSR etc.

These are made using original porsche hardware, fully restored to new condition.
There is quite a bit of work involved. Stripping down all parts. zinc plating, chrome plating, rebuild all hardware. All material is a 100% perfect match to the original material. Material is tested for break strength, and exceeds the original material strength. Correct Repa tags.

The webbings are then assembled by a certified seat belt installer, using all correct stich patterns.
Period metal 3 bar sliders are used for adjustment, as per 904, 906, 914-6 GT , 911 Repa harnesses.

Here are some pictures of a custom harness built for Chris jury's car. He has specified snap hook fittings and single loops to attach to a roll bar.

Price's ? This depends if you have any hardware, and what configuration you require.
    Here are a few pictures.

Thank you Cees. There is a lot of work involved. But, if you want the most accurate harness for a high end period car then it makes sense. Fortunately, there are a few people that want the best, and are prepared to pay for it. I think we have got it as close as it gets. Dave
