Question on Type of trim under the rear quarter window

I purchased two different types of trim which locate under the rear quarter window. The first three pictures is the trim that got holes to put the screw to attach with the rear quarter panel. The last three picture is the trim that no hole but it has a pin underneath to attach with the quarter panel. My question are which type of trim that correct for my 1969? and what are the different between these two types of trim?

    Thank you

I believe the trim with pins are for 67 and earlier cars. I think 68 and later cars are secured with screws and the trim is aluminum rather than chrome plated as the earlier pin type. Do not see your pix.

The trim with the holes in it would be correct for your 69.

Chrome trims were used up to 67 these were held on with speed clips similar to what holds the rear script on the lid.
