    FS: @eBay.com - Gulf Orange 1973.5 911T Targa w/rebuilt engine, $25,000 No Reserve!!!

The car underwent a four year restoration under my care, and I intended to keep this car, however I am having to sell some of my 911s and parts to fund a real estate investment.

I will upload some pictures this weekend of the receipts for the work done.

Good luck bidding and thanks for your interest!

Super rare color. I think this will do very well for you, Jay. Maybe not as well as the '66 you sold last year, though. :-0

Love that you're letting it go off at no reserve. I know that, as a bidder, I get focused on no reserve auctions pretty quickly. Hope it does well for you. I'm sure it will.

Thanks for the compliments! Yeah, I don't think it will reach the same level as the '65 911 #300238 I sold last year.

Auction has started...the link works now.

Looks to be a very nice car. I'm certainly no expert on when the changeover occurred, but isn't that a later engine shut panel? I thought that Porsche superseded the original that did not have the 74+ bump.

Hi, in case it helps the rear panel changed during the 73 production year.

Now that's the way you advertise a car! There can be no doubt in a bidder's mind that the seller is a straight shooter with an enormous depth of experience in these cars. And because the car itself is so clearly 'enthusiast owned', you have an unbeatable one-two punch in a potential buyer's mind! You should get top top dollar -- Good Luck With The Sale!

    Thanks Jim!

Yes the shut panels changed during late '73 production...and this is one of the last '73 911s made...only 20 VINs from the last T targa.

I will be adding a few more pics that were requested, and a copy of the rebuild receipt.
