    Porsches 2 ohio

    PORSCHES 2 OHIO IS SATURDAY JULY 27TH 2013! The event starts Friday night with a party at the 200 year old Buxton Inn, food and drinks compliments of Byers Porsche, the main show is Saturday. The weekend wraps up Sunday with an organized drive then a Polo match and all brands sports car show at the Polo event. www.p2o.morpca.org to register. Hope to see many early 911's there this year. I am bringing the Brumos RSR and Sam is bringing his Penske RSR. I will probably loan another early S to Cornpanzer to drive to the event again this year. We expect 500 Porsches this year, last year we had well over 400 at our new location. Granville Ohio is a great location, look for Bobby and Graham Rahal again this year at the show.

    Jim Amato has the most unique colored and unique early car I have seen. Some day it will be mine!!!! LOL

    the 912 gets a turn this year @ p2o, it has four cylinders and uses them all! i will be @ cincinnati concours with 911 in june, coming down?

    It's a great event, will try to make it again this year. Well organized, plus its for a good cause. Good place to see many different models at one place, my friend is looking for a Porsche but undecided on the year or model, so I told him to make this event.

    The only problem for our PCA club is Indianapolis Motor Speedway has the Le Man Series race that weekend.

    Sam Gassel is bringing his 73 Penske RSR, I am bringing my 73 Brumos RSR and the 2003 Brumos Porsche Fabcar DP Look for them Saturday at P2O!

    I wasnt able to make it to P2O this year, but I was still bummed when the rain just bucketed down all morning. Couldn't have been too pleasant. Sorry I missed meeting Sam Gassel. Here is a pic of his 73 Penske replica parked next to Aase Sales / Ron Thomas' 73 Brumos replica.
