    SWB Fuel Pump Mounting?

How is the fuel pump normally mounted on the SWB cars? Mine is hose clamped to the suspension - and VERY noisy. I'm sure there is a right way, and this isn't it.

    Thanks!

Should be in the engine compartment, on the drivers side. Ignore the CDI and coil...those aren't correct, but are in place for pragmatic reasons.

Many owners moved the pump to the front for more consistant pressures (and longevity), as electric fuel pumps push fuel much easier than they pull fuel. Although incorrect, that is why many owners made this modification. For the record, mine is also mounted correctly in the rear as Kenik's is.

I don't mind the location so much - but I would like a decent mount and something quieter.....

There are some rubber bushings w threaded studs for mounting that are used to suppress the vibrations. I have seen them for sale but not sure exactly where.
