    FS: SWB Outside Temperature Gauge

    ** SOLD **

    This is one of my favorite options. These were mounted in the dash of SWB cars, option #9169, P/N 644.741.601.06, as pictured in the '67 Accessories Booklet (Zubehor):

    This has been rebuilt by No. Hollywood Speedo and converted to electric as opposed to the original capillary action. The rebuild omits the little red light at the bottom that goes on when the temperature drops below freezing.

    P.S. I had one of these in my '67 Rally Build and got really fast at converting Celsius to Fahrenheit: multiply x 2, subtract 10%, add 32.
