65' Interior color change questions?

Hello,

The owner wants red interior instead of black. I was wondering if you'd be willing to help me with some questions. I've searched all over the place for pictures of red interiors and even though it's wrong to change colors I'd at least like to do it correct.

I noticed the dash and knee pad remain black?

How about A pillar and B pillar wraps?

Door handles remain black? The pics I've found are all black.

Upper door and quarter garnish mouldings black? The pics I've found are black.

He wants square weave red carpet. Would this be an option on original cars?

What color would the floor vent over the shifter joint be?

Anything else I'm missing?

Any pictures you have would be greatly appreciated.

Well it's 66, but the interior was original (never used from 1977). See this thread

In my case the A and B pillar wraps were black vinyl, but the carpet was salt n'pepper (black). Headlining white. Upper door/rear quarter fittings black. Door grab handles red.

I have a complete red interior including carpet and the door handles (arm rests?) are red. I don't know what car this came out of (poss 67) but I'm sure it wasn't a 65.
