EuroCar Sunday at the Petersen Automotive Museum - April 28

The Petersen Museum will be hosting a cars & coffee event on April 28, with an emphasis on vintage on European cars. There is a little friendly competition to see what marque will be best represented, so please put the date on your calendars and come show your support for the Petersen Museum. Gates open at 8:30 am, free parking and 2-for-1 admission to the museum. I've spoken to Sherwood, and we will likely have our April Porsha Coffee Meet the same day, so for those interested in attending we can caravan over from Starbucks. The folks at the Petersen have expressed interest in making this a regular gathering for a broad group of enthusiasts, meeting several times a year if there is enough interest. Please email or PM if you need more info, or would like a pdf copy of the flyer emailed to you. Hope to see everyone there! Thanks

Semi-irregular bump. More info also available at Petersen's site here:

They have set aside the last Saturday of the month for a regular event.

Hoping to see lots of you at the Petersen (or Sherwood's monthly coffee beforehand with a drive to the Petersen). I have been told that there will be between 15 and 20 300SL Gullwings and Roadsters in attendance, so hopefully we can scare up a few local RS's as a nice counterpoint! Thx

Thanks to all who attended yesterday. A fantastic turn-out of Porsches and non-Porsches alike. I believe I counted 14 300SL Gullwing and Roadsters and over 70 911's! I have a ton of photos but haven't had time to sort through them all. Will post some photos and videos later this week.

    Hi George,

Thanks for organizing this event with the Petersen. It was fun to see a parade of Porsche cars driving down Wilshire Blvd. A great turn out of some very nice cars.
