Correct text on a SSS 8/9 wrench?

    Friends,

please help me. i have an 8/9 wrench which i believe(d) to be "selected special steel." however, upon close examination, it says "SELECTED - STEEL" in a large font, and then "GERMANY" in a small font. (all capital letters.) i assumed that the little wrench was simply not big enough to have the entire text of "SELECTED SPECIAL STEEL," but i would rather check with the community than contionue making the assumption.

is this wrench "SSS" or something else? (i got it in a tool kit with a mixture of DFS and SSS wrenches.)

    thank you.
