    Seat belt restoration

I have two front 3 point Repa non retractable seatbelts that I want to restore. I purchased the fabric rolls that "Stretch" supplies. Is there someone that does this work in a proffesionań way? Here is a picture of the seatbelts, some plastic parts have the VW logo. Any help or advise welcome.

I am doing this job right now. An S member referred me to ssnake-oyl.com for all your referenced work. I sent them the same webbing (purchased from Stretch) along with the retractable mounts a week ago. In my conversations with them, they seem to really know what they are doing. I am also having them sew on the silk label (thanks Stretch, again!) They guarantee to do it perfectly. I emailed them a few photes of nos belts showing the detail work they need to do.

Please pm me if I can help more.

The retractables are no problem. As i mentioned to you Frank, the problem is drilling out the rivets in the plastic guides. And most early lap belts will have at least, 1 or 2 missing or broken plastic guides.

I can do them for you, good as new. But if your guides are missing or broken, then you need to use another period plastic part.

The VW mark is normal, as they often supplied parts to Porsche.

I just want to know how to install them with the covers on them? I can't figured it out is there a special wrench?
