Thread: Dansk, M&K or Fabspeed Pre-Muffler (911-SC)

    Dansk, M&K or Fabspeed Pre-Muffler (911-SC)

Other than the fact that two of them are total "Bling Bling" what are the odds that they don't all accomplish the same thing with a different look?

Looking into the purchase of one but ONE is all I want to purchase!

    Thanks.

I'd bet the M&K is by far the lightest, considering how far to the rear these things sit, it makes me feel better knowing I have the lightest one back there.

    M&K for me.

I have a Dansk - I like it just because when I say DANSK it sounds PORSCHE racing to me...

Indeed they do and that might be the tipping point.

    Thanks!

    None of the above.

Get a Monty. Period, end of story!

Stainless, fantastic sound, NO drone or vibration, exceptional quality. Perfect in every way. Had a dual in /single out on my SC mated with SSI's. Read a zillion threads for opinions, sound etc, and finally settled on a Monty. Do your own search, you will find the same answer.
Would do it again. Not cheap, but you want the best, right?

    Chris:

    Thanks for the note.

The Monty is a great muffler. I've had a lot of success in the past with Staintune, also out of Australia, who make beautiful motorcycle exhaust systems.

I'm sure all of us would love to hear a sound clip of your muffler!

    Thanks,

    Tom

I no longer have the car, or a sound clip. Damn! Found some old threads on Pelican with links to sound, but they would not open.
Good luck in your decision !
