    FS: @eBay - 72 S

New to this forum, so hello.....Am I missing something or is this car being offered for sale, mid restoration, for full payment at auction's end and the car will be finished and delivered at some point in the future?

If nothing else, thought some of you would enjoy.....

    Mackul,

You picked the right forum to learn about the purchase of an early car, if you are looking. Hopefully, you are, as it would be nice to see more down here in S. Florida.

    I'm liking the way Vendors are making a habit of publishing VIN, Eng#s + Trans#s . . .

. . . I'd like to think that that's because of Our Registry

Agreed. Purchased a 71T from a member here in FL a few months back. Currently working on another, older car. Hope it works out. Have caught the bug and appreciate all the great information on this forum.

The reason for this thread was utter confusion. I simply don't understand, (Mr. Schnell's brilliant post above notwithstanding) how one would guarantee the quality/completion time/cost containment etc... ALL ON AN EBAY AUCTION. Perhaps I am wrong.

    Thanks again.....John
