WTB: Front License Plate bracket

Just took delivery of my '70 911T. Car was from AZ where no front license is required. Not so here in Ontario. What's the proper front license plate bracket for my car? Couldn't find anything at Pelican Parts. Thanks.

Where would one get this hardware? It's too bad we have to mount a front plate, it really takes away from the look of the car. I just read in Panorama that Maryland is considering a Bill that would eliminate front plates on classic cars or street rods.

Or if you'd prefer to drill just two holes in your bumper, the basic solution is $10 bucks or less, available anywhere.

Here's a shot of the front bumper of my car.



Two questions: I presume the hardware offered by Sierra Madre will fit this bumper? I also presume I will have to drill 4 holes in my bumper valance? Is that correct?

Every 911 I have ever owned with a front plate used the same 50 cent bracket as the rear, shown by Bullethead in the above post. VW used these too. You can see it on the front bumper of my 72 just before we stripped it for paint. I'm sure I have some here for free but it might be cheaper to find one in Toronto at a VW shop than shipping one to you.

Brent you have a stock bumper yes you will have to drill 4 holes for the brackets that I showed, it fits the contour of the bumper so the plate sits up strait over the rubber guard. As for the other one I just find the plate hangs down to low or you could space it out to get it to sit over the rubber guard.
