    65 911 Engine

Just passing this on, there is a 914-6 conversion for sale on 914 World, that claims to have a 65 911 engine in it. He wants $9500 for the whole car, and it's actually pretty nice. You get a 65 engine with an entire car attached!!...Could be a lost one....Hope it completes a set....Steve

    It's engine #901561 is a May/June 1965 engine.

It has been rebuilt as a 2.2, but for every one that subscribes to "more HP" that is a good thing.

I can't help but think about the white '65 car outside of Chicago (posted here several months back) benefitting from an engine like this. Did someone nab that car and save it already?!
