S Reg member Jeff Higgins needs help

    Hi All,

Jeff Higgins is stuck in Fort Bragg, CA with a blown up tranny.
He is making his way down from WA for a car event.

Does anyone in the Nor Cal area have a 915 tranny that works that he could loan or even buy?

If you can help, email me at mje91172@yahoo.com

    Thanks,

    Michael

I have a trans and shop but quite a way across California. Let me know.
I have made the trip many times. About 4 hrs by car and 5 hrs by tow truck.

There is a detail shop, just north of the brewery, in town that has had some Porsches that I have seen there. He may know of a local.
If not, then I know of a shop in Clear lake (Dinks) that may be able to help.
Now where is that travel list when you need it?

We have a 915, and we have a shop, but we're super jammed because of the Sonoma Historics race weekend. I'll check with my partner and see if we can squeeze this in. The shop is in Berkeley, so it's right on your way down. Please PM me with a contact phone number and email address.

I think Jeff headed back north with the car in tow behind a U-Haul. Probably the best option but thanks to everyone for the offers to help!
