    zenith carb problems

    Hi everyone,

I have a 69 911 with a 2.2 liter engine that I am trying to get running. I am going through the ignition and carburetors.

I found a problem when rebuilding the carburetors. Under the accelerator pump injector nozzles there is a small brass plug. I have included a picture. According to the diagram there should be 6 total. the carburetor is missing 2 of them. I've searched the web looking for where i can get replacements for the missing pieces with no luck.

    1) What do these parts do?

    2) Anyone know where I can get replacements?

Here is a photo. I found a source for the injector nozzles. Just need the plugs that sit underneath them in the passage.
