    1973.5 911T COA Info Question

New to posting, but need some information about my COA. When it came it had listed for options US Equipment and Appearance Group. What does that include in those options.

The US equipment is that required under DOT regulations, basically you have a car built for the American market. The Appearance group, may be what is commonly referred as "S" options, that would be a 911T dressed as a "S". By 1973 it was quite common to have S options on the T's.

    use the search button:
    http://www.early911sregistry.org/for...=comfort+group

    quote:
The usual 'S Appearance Group' package included:

    F&R wide 'S' bumper trim
    Wide alumimium sill trim
    'S' gauges (except rev counter)

but any 'S' options except the engine could be ordered :

    'S' front spoiler ('72/'73 only)
    'S' front brakes
    F&R antiroll bars
    Koni shocks
    6x15" Fuchs etc
