    Saturday, June 1 at EASY

    Our very special guest on Saturday will be Petey Thornton and her and John's son, Eli. They will be here along with John's beloved 902. They are making a huge effort to have the car here and it would be great to see as many of John's friends and anybody that knew him or looked forward to his posts on this and other Forums. You can show up any time between 9 and noon. There will be coffee and donuts and, probably some other treats, as well. Please feel free to bring anything to share with the group, too.

    Hi Jim,
    John Lipscomb here. Pretty bummed out I missed the event, I found out about it later Saturday afternoon from an EASY regular. He told me that you generally have a get together once a month? Is this true? If so, I'd like to come to the next one. Also looking for a few parts. Thanks again for all the help!

    I came upon this gathering while going to EASY to buy a part. A nice gathering of cars. Met Margo(?) and Richard, original owner of a nice early 912. Seems like a good bunch of folks. Motivates me to work on my car-in-a-box. Brian

    Great pics Jeff. Thanks for sharing. Wish I could have made it. Looks like a lot a great cars were there. I was only able to get a hall pass for one event this past weekend and attended the Partsheaven event on Sunday. There was a great turn out for that event as well.
