T1.5 - #101240 '58 Super motor 81826
Definitely not a show car - kind of a scruffy driver!

Good:
Undercarriage completely redone - zero rust
Motor a freshly built '58 Super - detailed records of the build.
Strong and quick
All mechanical elements are excellent - brakes, gearbox, clean gas
tank, etc. New king/link pins, new Vredestein Sprint Classic tires
Steering box converted to ZF
Interior very good - correct "fat" seats. Headliner and visors very
good, door panels excellent
Exterior looks good from 10 feet.

Needs:
Gaps on the front of both doors are bad. Drivers door out at the bottom. Bondo evident in places.
Paint not great in places. Bumpers are fibreglass repros - front bumper scratched and has small cracks
At some point had C rear bumpers, so holes in rear fenders (now have
reflectors)
Dash padding a bit wavy
Gas and temp gauges not working, although I will send another gauge
with it. Speedo works, but ODO does not.
Passenger door will not open from inside - also there seems to be a
scratch on the drivers door glass - looks like a thin line of oil, but
it won't clean off
Hood needs to be released at the hinge by hand to get it down The horn in the original steering wheel did not work and we need that
for licensing, so I put a temporary horn button on the radio block-off
plate
No trim on rear windshield
When the undercarriage was done, no jack spurs were put on
