    Do these numbers match?

    Does this add up?
    A 912 with an engine number 4094067

    Would that be the original engine?

    its a 69 912 engine number. not knowing what 912 you have i cant say if its original or correct for the year etc.. only the cardex could say 100% if its original, but if we knew the vin of the car we could say if its just a year matching or even more specifically if its close to the number yours would have had
