Question about NOS set of 15x8 fuchs from late 80's/Early 90's

So I found a set of New in the box 15x8 fuchs with March of 88 date codes on the wheels and February of 90 on the sticker on the box. They look great and are obviously new but I have a question about the back side. As the picture shows, it looks like they were slid across a table or something just after they were painted. Is this normal?? I was also wondering what their value might be. Here are some pictures.

The scratches on the inner lip are from sliding in and out on the rack in the baking oven that was used at Fuchs. Those were from a reissue and they sold for 175-195 each from the dealer while supplies lasted. When the inventory was low enough, Porsche raised the price back up to the 800 range. I bought the same at the last swap for 400 each. They'll be going up as the supply diminishes. I was told the reissue was for 1000 pcs.

When the 8s became more available in 75 I ordered more than a couple just to get things going.
My friend and helper Jim Edmiston sent this photo to me. Back when I had hair and a mustache!
