    1967 911S flywheel identification help needed:

    Anyone have a correct '67S flywheel, and can tell me the casting number on the front side? Thanks

    Can't help with the casting #, but as I recall it was the only flywheel with a copper plated working surface.

    I think all of the 2.0 flywheels (apart from the very early ones with fewer teeth on the ring gear) used the same casting.

    The copper surface added to the '67S flywheels (& clutch pressure plate surface) wasn't very durable & didn't last long.

    Id guess it was forged like the other 67 flywheels.
