    Beru spark plug connector

I have a 1966 2.0 and a friend gave me 6 brand new Beru # 911.602.315.00 connectors. The info I find show them for 74 YM and up. Can these be use on my 66 2.0 motor.
I am not sure how the wires go into the connectors as there is no wood screw inside. Is there a end piece that is used to attach the wire and connector?
He also gave me a bag of WSP-M# brass threaded ends, not sure how they attach either. I don't know the age of the current wires, I looked at and tested the wires and they seem fine.
The a couple of the current (wood screw) connectors look a little suspect (burnt).
Sorry if this is elementary , but I could not find info on this list or on the bird.
    Thanks for any help.

Those are the later right-angle type which will work but are not what originally came on a '66.

They attach with an M3 brass connector which is crimped to the wire.

You can buy the proper crimper from Kingsborne although it would be better to borrow it!
