Good condition with the exception of the male tongues that have pitting,
Good zinc and webbing. No labels on the belt ends.
Female receptors are in good condition with good zinc and good plastic

Here's a photo from the book Original Porsche 911: The Guide to All Production Models, 1963-98 - Peter John Morgan that shows a '68 with these belts. '68 may be the first year for these belts? Couldn't find a '67 picture.

Do these have dates stamped on the steel? Maybe a year? You say they are out of a '70, but if they were in another year could you tell?

I can't tell what those belts are from the picture. They don't look like REPA belts to me, though. 68 seat belts fitted to cars in the US were made by ASE/ Hickock. 69 through 71 belts are the ones in this thread and won't work in a 68 or earlier car, no matter what country.

they were probably out of a 1968 built 69 model year 911 or 912. I am with Jim, those are not for a 68 or any year earlier than 69. the receiver is for a lwb.. swb used aircraft buckles. if they were in your 70, they were probably still in the bin of seatbelts when they built the 70 car.. if it was on the shelf, they used it.

My 1970 911 was a 10/69 production date vehicle.
