    MFI Fuel Lines- looking bad

The steel fuel injection lines on the 73's MFI are starting to gather some surface rust. Any suggestions on how to clean and brighten them up? Does it make more sense to replace them? <--- or is that ju$t too costly?

I cleaned mine with WD-40 using a mild scrub pad like the kind for dishes. On occasion I have to apply WD-40 again with a toothbrush as wax never seems to hold up.

Great, thanks for that. If I were to remove each one to clean them, would I need any crush rings etc?

You may need some stack gaskets ... stacks will need to come off to get 1-2-3 lines off.

I just this week removed both banks of MFI lines ,had them bead blasted and zinc coated then reinstalled ..look like new ,and no need to remove the stacks

We also replate them, but I wouldn't leave the ends open. We made up some plugs to stop the solution going I side the lines.
