    Engine lid letters color - 2.4 S

    Hi all,

I’m wondering about the color of the engine lid letters for my late ’71 2.4 S.

I’ve seen that most 2.4 S have black anodized letters (porsche and 911), but my doubt is: should black letters match the black front grilles (from mid ’72 –up), so my car, which has chrome grilles, should have chrome letters, or should a 2.4 S have black letters whatever the model year is?

    Thanks
    Francesco

My February-build '72 has black letters on the rear deck lid and chrome grilles.
