FS: Aluminum Case 2.5L motor for sale (Race- or street with mods)

There is no need for me to hang onto a spare motor anymore. They are perfect little motors. I pulled it out for just a bearing refresh and threw my new 2.5L in. I kept thinking I was going to rebuild this into a 2.8L, but I have too many projects going on. It needs to be in a Porsche screaming down the road/track.

All case mods done, Aluminum case, Piston squirters, oil bypass mod, Intermediate shaft, bored spigots, etc.
Dyno'd 217 RWHP and 169 torque. Never any issue with this motor and very fast! Patrick Long gave it a two thumbs up

No carbs, dizzy, headers, Alt (Fan and housing included) or exhaust.

    Internals:

The internals: 1967 alum case bored out spigots, piston squirters, oil bypass mod, bearing mod, Std/Std counterwieghted 2.0L crank, 2.0L rods, ARP rod bolts, Carrera oil pump, Boat tailed, Mooned cylinders, 90 MM cylinders, custom 90mm J&E pistons with true 10.5:1 Compression (matched with the heads), Elgin 306 profile cams, Stock 2.7 valves, Heads ported and polished, 39/37, CIS ports welded up, EBS racing valve springs with ti retainers. No expense spared.

**If you want it for your street car, swap out the cams for 911S through GE-40 profiles, then twin plug it and run on 91 octane. That would be a sweet motor!

I can deliver it to Aase motors for the refresh.

(Keep in mind the Alum case, all machining and extra's are not cheap.)

    $7900

    NO TRADES

OK- I answered all the PM's- Thanks for all the interest. I'm firm on the price since people are wanting to buy it ASAP. I'm just giving the people in front of them the chance since that would be fair. I'm going by order of PM's from both this site and Pelican.
Johan has first right of refusal- I'm getting some info for him at the moment from the builder.
    Thanks,
    Chad
