    New member - please help?

    Hello all,

I recently acquired a 1973 911 T coupe and after maybe a few hundred miles of driving noticed some hesitation on brisk accelerations from 2800rpm up. The problem is very intermittent.

I am new to this particular type of car and am unsure what to check.

    Thanks very much in advance!

    what gear?
By hesitation do you mean lag? any backfiring? other symptoms? Misfires?

And... what kind of induction do you have? MFI, carbs, CIS?
Do you have the original engine in the car, has it been upgraded?

    More info is needed.
