    Alloy S Brakes in 68?

    Hi All

    Were alloy S brakes available on the S in 1968, or was this a 1969 production change?

    Don't forget that the 1968 and earlier strut is completely different from 1969 and later. The 1969 struts came in 3.0" and 3.5" caliper mounts, but all previous struts that I know of were 3.0" only. Now the 911S aluminum caliper was available in 1968 but in 908 guise.
