WTB: 1976 Grey basketweave tool kit and manual

Looking for a tool kit for my '76 Carrera. This bag was a grey basketweave and light grey interior.
The manual is a 911 Carrera 3.0 and has a blue cover.
    Thanks

So we now have established that we do have the totally complete and correct tool kit that the OP was seeking for his 1976 2.7 MFI Carrera; medium gray unlined basketweave including the Klein 21 spark plug and P208 fan hub tools; the Optibelt / Porsche fan belt w/ part number and all the other tools... all true new old stock parts in the original Porsche plastic parts bag...
So now we need a price check from you tool kit experts (Eric? Scott?) of what would be fair to both parties for this one. We do appreciate your time and thoughts.
If we then can't finish a sale the kit may become available to others.

    Here's a couple of valuation
Group911 says: "If it is indeed correct, complete and NOS for that tool kit I'll bet it goes north of $1k"

    Another from Schumicat:
"I dunno about a grand (maybe if it were not a middie) but no question at least several hunded dollars".

the grey pouch is somewhat scarce, I rarely see any for sale, its the same exact toolkit in my 76 Turbo, I see black pouches all the time but seeing that many for sale are in terrible shape for $250, id venture $500+ for a good clean no issues complete kit and for a genuine NOS toolkit I would say double that or at least $750-1000
probably one of the last NOS kits we'll see in a while.
