Need recommendation: Mfi shop in northern NJ

    Hi
Any recommendations for a shop that is competent with the MFI
    system on a 1971 Porsche 911S?
There must be somebody in the northern NJ area.
No hot rods. Just stock MFI?

    How about NYC/ metro area?
I do not want to put PMO's on this really nice stock "S"
But I am reliably told that the car should rev over 4500 RPM!

It has been a while since I have spoken to him but Hans of H&R on long island may be your best bet in the N. East.

I am extremely proficient in Southern California..... it should rev faster and faster the more throttle it gets, otherwise it is not right. No way carbs are better! Cheaper yes but not better.

A 2.2 S doesn't even wake up till 4500rpm. Definitely get it fixed, once sorted MFI is even more reliable than carbs. More power too.

Also talk to Gene Kirschner at AUTOHAUS in Peapack, NJ...he has vast experience with MFI's and owns a '71 or '72 911S.
