FS: Some nice items for early cars

First up is a beautiful original 69 dash, never recovered and no blemishes. Studs are solid, and no rust underneath. Very solid. One tiny crack of the inside edge of the right duct that is not visible when installed. No idea on price, but as this is not a recover, we'll start at SOLD. Next up is a very nice pair of original Repa belts from a 68 L. Excellent chrome, belts and rubber. $SOLD
We add an oil console for a 72, or your R clone (if you are going to run an oil tank in front of the right rear wheel). Nice original shape...no issues. SOLD Then a nice set of center caps... with three (3) prong and one later. Great rivets and will polish up nicely PENDING And finally a very clean 3.0 four rib oil pump for the proper rebuild of your early engine SOLD
    Prices OBO plus shipping.

Lars, were there 2 dashes available, one with a speaker, and one without, in 69?

Does the 69 dash will fit the 73.5 ?

I think what he has is a later replacement circa 1985 that had no speaker holes which fitted all cars 69-73

The dash will fit 69-73. The gent that sold it to me said it was original to his 69 E. Most later dashs have the rectangular cutout in the center front for the AC vent like the picture below...as this does not...I believe it is an early dash. If you are interested, PM me with your email for more pics.

The dash is a one year only (1976) dash preferred by some (including me) because there is no risk of the common defroster-to-speaker opening crack forming. If I hadn't just bought another, I'd grab it.

That's what I thought too. We recovered a 76 dash for a friend's car, was exactly like this one.

The 69 dash is unique in that it has different dimensions for the speaker grill. one year only dash.
