Thread: Color Code 418-9-3 MY 72 ??? Some help please....

    That one is not known to me; and likely a custom color. A shade of brown would be correct. If you could post photos of the original color and interior it would be useful. It would be most useful for my research to know the VIN.

    Olive is 414 and Sepia is 415, 416 is Cocoa Brown, so 418 could be a brown color. Have you contacted the Factory or your importer? They may be able to clarify. I have a paint sample book and I believe you are right that 418 was special order, as it does not appear in my book.

    Yes, that looks to be correct. Please post a photo of the paint badge also. The paint under the badge should also be original. Get a paint supplier to do an analysis of the original paint to be able to match it. Custom cars like this should be restored as original.
