23 and 31 mm torsion bars - wtb

Does anyone have a set gathering dust that they are looking to find an appreciative home for?

If you look at the Rennsport picture (thanks to Rob Scheeren) below, the car rolls a little more than is ideal. It felt perfectly controllable though. In fact the turn 4 5 complex was my favourite part of the revamped SMSP.

My car has standard tbs at the moment.

And before you tell me I missed the apex ( thanks Andy) let me remind you all of the telephoto effect!

Agree with Cam. I run 23/31 in my race car. And to be honest it is too stiff for road use - just bareable.

I would suggest a 21/29 combo as that will stuffen the car up but to the extent of being crazy stiff.

FYI - I run standard sways in my car.

thanks for the advice.... which I'm open to.

I want a good compomise between real world liveability, and reasonable performance for the odd regularlity outing (maybe once a year).

21/28 or 29 would be my go then.

19/26 (the 26mm were a Turbo bar) will be nicer again in a SWB. Personally I think a little roll on skinny tyres is nice...

Have you got a front anti-roll bar? They are bolt in item...

yes I have front and rear sway bars - the front is 15mm from memory.

Ok - so will research 21 and 28/29's then.

Anybody looking to offload any? Or vendors to recommend?
