    1963 911 and 73 RS in "pole position" at Goodwood Festival of Speed

    This year's Festival is featuring 50 years of the 911. As usual, the car sculpture is pretty damn impressive. See a slide show with some close-ups here.

    I've never been to this, but it's on my bucket list. Looks like this would have been a great year to attend.

    Wow, that looks like a real feat of engineering! Those legs are so thin at the base.

    Holy cow! Those are real cars on the top of that sculpture. Amazing!

    Agreed Jeff, this would have been the year for a visit as I have not attended either. Bucket lister for sure.
