Original interior sound deadening - worth anything?

I have the original interior sound deadening horsehair (?) from my '67 coupe - previous owner removed it when he embarked on his restoration 30 years ago (which he never finished). I chose not to reinstall it, but given it was an Arizona car for a good part of its life, the material is surprisingly intact, not water-logged and complete when it was carefully removed. I rarely see anyone looking for this in the classifieds and a search didn't yield anything historically for sale - so am just curious if these are worth anything, or if I should just toss them? Have most of the panels - floors, rear sides, rear panel, etc...

Here's two pics of a few of the pieces. Appreciate any thoughts. Thx in advance...

If this were to find it's way into the hands of Eric Linden he may be able to have it reproduced...

    As would I.

But saw the baby in half and we both lose ... if Eric works his magic we all could win big.

+1 to Mr Linden, you could always sell it when it was returned ( before new product hits the market)

I was a bit overwhelmed at the interest - glad I asked before throwing them away! While I wasn't posting these as a "want to sell" I did end up offering the pieces to the first person who contacted me... but only after communicating with Eric per the suggestions of the board. Still don't know the real value of these, but am more than happy knowing they are going to a good home - another Irish Green SWB 911 that is in process of being put back together!!

I think I threw a bunch of this stuff away when I swapped my interior. I still do have all the rear seats and stuff taking up space.

For me, there is something special about that early 911 smell. I hate to admit it, but sometimes when I see a nice original car, I might make a point of smelling that historic smell - something a restored car simply can't duplicate. It's one of the reasons I like my '67 912 so much. I wouldn't admit this now, except that I came back to my 912 one day to find some guy smelling my interior!!!!

So, to the extent that material contributes to that original smell, I'd never part with it!
