Different approach to securing loose jack in front trunk

I've found a cost effective solution to securing your loose jack in the front boot.

Mine has been banging around in there for the past few months....or worse, sitting in the garage.

I found these on the internet/ebay.
They are called Quick Fist rubber clamps.
Used a lot on jeeps, etc for securing shovels and other implements of destruction onto the vehicle.
Looked like it might work for the Pcar as well.

They are not expensive and come in varying sizes.
It did require drilling a couple of holes in the front bulkhead (behind the bumper), but my car is just a hotrod so that wasn't any issue.
They are a snap to install and are rated at 25 lbs capacity each (50 lbs total), so have no trouble holding onto my Bilstein jack.
Installation almost looks "factory" and is so easy to remove/secure the jack.
Now I'll always have my jack with me.

I think this would be a great way to go for any hotrod, R Gruppe-r, etc.

One small bolt thru each with a nut on the backside (behind the bumper) does it...
