A few new "almost here" items from AFS

Should be here in the next 4 to 6 weeks:

Plastic covers for under the door armrests for 64 to 67 cars

Rubber hand brake boot for 65.5 to 67 with no slits and no side tabs

Leather shift boot for 1964 to 66(?), correct stitch at top of boot, stiffener at base (taking orders for custom production). Nice look for later cars as well.

Also, am hopeful to have stock again on the 67S below door deco and rubber, and also the 67S, 68S, and 68L "wide rubber" bumper inserts (no deco sorry, too hard to do).

    tks!

    Working hard!

What's there to do besides the LWB horn grills??, I guess the bumper guards but I looked into that and the tooling was absolutely "through the roof" expensive. By the way, I'm still progressing on that one special part you and I talked about a year ago...

I'll look deeper into the bumper guards... I have some toolkit items I'm looking at as well

Great stuff Eric. The 68 E-brake boot requires one slit and the later dual slit boot looks terrible. I would think that your no slit boot modified might be a better alternative.

    Thanks guys!
Correct fender hardware is in the beginning of process for production.
The travel kit bags are being done by Harvey Rosenthal, he's a 356 guy, you can find his items over on the 356 Registry site.
Regarding the 68 boot, I kinda thought the 68 guys might want to use this one and put a slit into it. I've not compared the later dual slit boot to an oem one, but I'll take a look, anyone have an original they can post a picture of?, I have a repro onhand.

    tks!!!!
    Eric
