    FS @ eBay, '73 E Coupe

Maybe it's just me, but why wouldn't you restore it to it's original Sepia Brown color?

I'd guess it'd be economics, at this point

Aase's pretty thorough about stuff like this --- resto/re-build/color-change/etc . . . and, so, I'm guessing that they've prolly got six-figures in the car as it sits

    Another color-change/re-do --- back!! = cha-ching

    Really pretty car, too

    ^^^THIS

I would be more concerned that the engine has been changed, from an E to an S ( If I wanted to buy an S....) and that the price just went up. Has been listed forever at $110k, now up to $135k

I think this a well executed build. Different strokes...I thought this car had been sold? Or is it being flipped?

    From Aase's ad . . .

    '. . . The car is numbers matching (9113201244 / 6231951 engine) . . . The original engine was completely rebuilt to “S” spec . . .'

    The way to go, IMHO

Unless, of course you want a 911E
Tell everyone it has an S motor, ask "S" price, it's still an E (BTW, I would prefer an E over an S....my GT3RS is faster than both) and having owned T,E &S in past would prefer the E. I looked REALLY hard at this car, as it checked a lot of boxes for me (E, sunroof, light yellow, nice resto) but passed when I saw the "S" build on the motor. As I said earlier, if I wanted an S, I would buy an S. To each his own.

I'm with you Cole. I'm reminded every morning just how awful that color is.
