Gorgeous. It should be in a museum. What are they asking?

I spoke with the dealer when he first put the car up for sale a couple months ago. It's a very original car but had more damage than I was OK with (all of the oops-I-dropped-something-on-the-car-when-it-was-in-storage variety). I really felt I'd have to re-paint it to be happy. The dealer is doing a poor job of disclosing these flaws when marketing the car.

I can't remember the asking but I think it was north of $50k. The car just ended on ebay last week at $43,210 which I thought was fair but didn't meet reserve. That's only slightly lower than what I paid for my '69 912 which is in better shape and a much more desirable sunroof car.
