are electric window cross arms the same as manuals ?

I would like to change from electrical window to manual window on a lwb, for weight purposes. First of all, I would like to know if I can turn the electric cross arms into manual once the motor is detached? if not any second hand manual cross arms for sale ?

    Cheers
    Xavier

You can replace the electric regulators with manual ones. Matching things up depends on the year of your car.

I don't know of a way to convert electric regulators into manual ones without scavaging parts from a pair of manual regulators, so you might as well just replace them. Manual regulators from 69 through 83 are direct replacements if you have a Coupe.
