    '65 tunnel Cover

    The tunnel cover to my '65 looks pretty bad. Will any SWB tunnel or for that matter any LWB tunnel work?

    Needs to be 72 and earlier, 73 started non-vented, yours needs to be vented. All cars until 73 came with vented covers for possible Webasto install, after 73 no more Webasto.

    ....i have seen a NOS webasto kit(64`- end 67`version) including the vented cover.

    that would implement that not all the non webasto 911 had the vented cover..unless the kit was for a 912--they had for sure also non vented ones..

    Hi, on a 65 produced 912 we have here the original cover is solid with no vents. These early ones were covered with carpet hence I think were solid.

    I own 2 early 65/66 912´s and both of them have the solid verion covered with carpet.
