    Evaporative hose connector question...

I have a '73 with a non-stock 'newer' swirlpot gas tank and want to keep most of the evaporative system but the tank (top) outlet accommodates an ~9mm ID hose and the first spliter needs an ~15mm ID hose. Are there some "fuel safe" plastic connectors or metal connector/union/enlarger that will help with the transition to a larger hose?

    thanks,

... found some Nylon "reducing coupling" for 5/8" to 3/8" which should work. I'm surprised none of the charts or illustrations show it graphically. Maybe my different gas tank config. doesn't match the older evap. system I have?
