F marking on 15mm front sway bar

I'm taking out my front 13mm sway bar and replacing it with a 15mm bar on my 67. The bar has 15 on one end and F on the other. What does the F mean and does it matter which side of the car the 15 and F are on?

Oh, and does anyone know how to get the 45 year old front sway bar bushing to break free of the sway bar brackets? I've tried penetrating oil soapy water and they haven't moved on either side. I hope I don't have to burn them out. Maybe some heat from a heat gun?

I imagine the F is for front? Sway bars aren't directional.

I seem to remember using a piece of tubing that fit over the sway bar and inside the I.D. of the bushing retainer hole, then block the retainer so it can't go against the body (block of wood or some such) then hitting the tubing to drive the bushing out of the retainer.

Thanks. I got them out and the 15mm bar is in.
I drove the car about 10 miles. It appears to corner a little flatter.
