    FS: 1985 911 Carrera Cab

    1985 Porsche 911 Carrera Cabriolet
    ROW car (rest of world)
    WP0ZZZ91ZFS150381

    Factory options:

    Sport steering wheel
    Left and right sport seats
4 way power seats both sides
    Heated seats
    16” fuchs rims
    Full leather interior
    Full tono cover
    Air conditioning
    Auto speed control

This Carrera has just finished a complete cosmetic and mechanical restoration on a rust free and accident free car. The car was completely taken apart for repainting. (yes, including the mirrors). This process showed no rust or crash damage in the past.
The car sat in a car port for a long time and the right side faded. I though it would buff out, but it didn’t. That and it had several dings here and there. So the decision was made to do a full repaint, with no regret.

The engine and transmission was removed and completely rebuilt.
The motor was done from the crank out. New bearings, main and rod. New pistons cylinder kit. All new valves, intake and exhaust with guides. Cap, rotor, wires, plugs, belts, filters, ect.

The transmission got a couple syncros, and a reseal.
The clutch package and flywheel are also new.

All 4 brake calipers are new, along with 4 rotors, pads, and backing plates. The wheels are in excellent condition with 4 new tires.
The 4 torsion bar plate bushings were also replaced.

The 911 has 83,600 miles on it from new.

This car was imported as a new car in 1985 and brought into EPA and DOT conformity.
Although it is a catalytic converter, I will not guarantee that it will passed a smog test in states that require it for state inspection.

    Priced to sell at $29,500

again, no offense intended. (maybe you've also noticed that ebay has several parts for a 1942 porsche, as well.)

it's a beautiful car and i hope you get every nickel for it. free bump.

Perfect is a pretty strong word Jens. I wouldn't go that far, but a big thanks!

The ROW features just makes this cab such a pretty car; smaller bumpers, euro lights. I have really become a fan of the visual simplicity.
