~US$43K is the lowest price in the world for a euro carrera in probably 5 years. Caveat Emptor.

This white/red car was on eBay repeatedly and was a scam. Chase after it at your own risk.

I exchanged emails with the seller awhile back when the car was on eBay. My understanding was that this car is a US carrera with an MFI engine that supposedly was built on the original case.

+1 I also bid and won this car before the VIN was revealed to be a U.S Carrera with a MFI built on the orig case.
3 other parties had clicked the BIN (buy-it-now) on Ebay of $35K thinking it was a ROW car...caveat emptor indeed.

Don't walk, run. Many of those pictures were taken right here in Dallas by the prior seller. U.S. car advertised as "rare MFI" car.

Prices on original '74, '75 and '76 MFI Carrera's are rising, but this one may be a little overpriced - even though the color is great and the driving experience is almost identical to that of a 1973 Carrera RS...
