    915 transmission weight

    I'm trying to figure out some shipping costs. Does anyone know what a 915 transmission weighs ?

    FWIW,
    I shipped an aluminum 901 yesterday and it was 102 pounds in a 34x15x16 box. $137 from Oregon to NJ via UPS.

    A magnesium 915 transmission weighs ~ 54kg (119 lbs) without oil.

    I think the aluminium-cased version weighs ~ 10 lbs more.
