    Source: Trans/Diff Flange Cap O-ring

    Anyone have a source for the Cap/Cover O-ring that fits over the Differential Flange stretch bolt?
    It's #8 in the diagram...

    If you can measure de groove where it fits, go to your local hydraulic stuff reseller, and tell him.

    I bet he will turn something out!

    Orings can be found in a wide variety of sizes/materials...

    With respect to your search for the NLA O-ring:

    911 Fig 5/01-10 #7 901 332 239 10 Cap NLA
    911 Fig 5/01-10 #8 999 701 094 50 O-ring NLA

    The O-ring is 37.5mm ID & 3.0mm thick

    I know that you already have one, but if you trashed the nipple getting it out or you're ever looking for a tricker version of the #7 cap (with a step on the side to pop-out, M6 threaded for slide hammer, 18.8 vs. 22.4 grams, 7075 vs. 6061) , I make them:
