    Dated August 1967

    Very Good Condition, no writing or dealer stamp

    $100.00 (plus postage)

    Postage is $3.00 for first class or $5.25 for the flat rate priority mail envelope in the U.S.

    Postage everywhere else $12.50 worldwide using the first class international envelope
